Will of
Domingo Padro Pacetti
In the name of God, amen
I, Domingo Pedro Pacetti of St. Johns County and State of Florida,
being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertanity
of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain and
publish and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

discharged, the residue of my estate, both real and personal
I give and bequeath to my dear wife Antonia Pacetti for her own
and sole use and benefit during her life time, should she survive
me. Second, after the death of my wife Antonia Pacetti, the
real estate consisting of the Fourty Acres (40) which I now
reside, shall be equally divided by a line running East and West
into two parts of Twenty Acres (20) each, and the North half
shall there become the property of my son Frederick Bernard Pacetti
and his heirs forever, and in the like manner the South half
shall become the property of Domingo Xavier Pacetti and his heirs
forever. The remainder consisting of personal or real property,
shall be equally divided share and share alike between each of my
children and their heirs.
Likewise I make, constitute and appoint my son William Matthew Pacetti
to be my sole Executor and Administrator, and without Bond of this
my last Will and Testament.
